About the Founder

 I founded Elmbridge Global because I understand, firsthand, how overwhelming it can be for families to plan an international education pathway for their children. 

Several years ago, I relocated my son from Tehran, Iran to Sydney, Australia during his secondary schooling. What followed was a demanding and emotional process: navigating unfamiliar education systems, managing extensive documentation, and constantly weighing questions about his safety, wellbeing, and future. Today, my son is a successful university engineering student, and that journey fundamentally reshaped my understanding of what families truly need during these transitions.

Later, I supported a close friend to relocate their son to a respected international school in Frankfurt, Germany. Guiding two students through different international education systems reinforced the same insight: families need both practical and emotional support from someone who understands not just the process, but the weight of these life-changing decisions.

Alongside my personal experience, I bring a strong professional background in navigating complex international environments. I hold an Electrical Engineering degree from George Washington University, USA and have led digital and operational projects for major Australian organisations. For over a decade, I have managed international operations at Innpharma, developing deep expertise in cross-border compliance, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory processes – skills that are critical to successfully navigating school admissions and visa requirements.

Elmbridge Global brings these two worlds together: the perspective of a parent who has walked this path, and the discipline of a professional experienced in international systems. I understand the questions families carry: Will my child adapt? Will they be supported? Is this the right school? How do we manage visas, admissions, and timelines? 

I built Elmbridge Global so families don’t have to navigate these questions alone. My role is to provide clear guidance, tailored pathways, and calm assurance at every step, helping students access safe, reputable international education opportunities with confidence and clarity.

I am committed to supporting families through each stage of the journey and helping young people build strong foundations for their future, just as I have done for my own son.
